Where is the promotion running?
To be eligible to claim, individuals must purchase a 30pack of Pain Relief Naproxen Liquid Capsule from any Chemist Warehouse nationally during the Purchase Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Purchases made online at www.chemistwarehouse.com.au and at My Chemist are also eligible.
What is on offer?
Purchase a 30pack of Pain Relief Naproxen Liquid Capsules during the promotional purchase period and receive $5 cashback.
How can I enter the promotion?
To claim, individuals must then visit www.naproxencashback.com.au (or scan a QR code located on various promotional materials within Chemist Warehouse retailers), follow the prompts to the offer claim page, fully complete the online claim form by inputting the requested details including first and last name, street number and name, suburb, state and postcode, daytime contact, place of purchase ,the last 4 digits of the product barcode and receipt number ,upload their purchase receipt when prompted, insert their account details for the purposes of the cashback and then submit the form during the Claim Promotional Period.

Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have purchased a participating 30pk Pain Relief Naproxen product.
What is a qualifying purchase?
Purchase of 30pack Pain Relief Naproxen Liquid Capsules from any Chemist Warehouse retailer or online or at My Chemist during the promotional purchase period.
What are the participating products?

What information will I need to complete my claim?
First and last name, street number and name, suburb, state and postcode, daytime contact, place of purchase, the last 4 digits of the product barcode and receipt number, upload purchase receipt when prompted, insert account details for the purposes of the cashback.
What proof of purchase do I need?
Purchase receipt. Please ensure your purchase receipt shows the Naproxen product purchased, purchase date and retailer.
How many times can I claim?
1 claim is permitted per person and per household. Each individual transaction can only be claimed once. Please note a receipt may only be submitted once, regardless of number eligible products purchased.
How will I receive my cashback?
On claim approval, cashback amount will be transferred to the account nominated by the consumer within 7 business days.
